We build two things. The first is a free library of 46 calculators for pricing services, business maths, loans, investing and tax. Every one shows its formula and a worked example, so you can check the answer by hand instead of trusting a black box.

The second is a quote calculator builder for service businesses. Cleaners, painters, roofers, movers, photographers and agencies describe how they price, and get a calculator for their own website that gives visitors an instant estimate and sends the business a lead with all the details.

Who we write for

Households, owner-operators and small teams in the United States, the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and India. Every calculator works in dollars, pounds, euros, Canadian and Australian dollars and rupees, with the right number formatting for each.

How we keep the numbers honest

Formulas are written out on every page and tested automatically against the worked examples. Default values for prices come from published cost guides, which we link to, and you can change any of them. Read more in how we build calculators.
