This policy explains what personal data CalculatorDash (“we”) collects on calculatordash.com, why, and the choices you have.
Using the free calculators
The numbers you type into our public calculators are processed in your browser. We do not store them.
Accounts
If you create an account we store your name, email address, a securely hashed password, your calculators and your plan. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and Google account identifier, and never your Google password. We use this to run the service, send you lead alerts and account emails, and provide support.
Leads collected through embedded calculators
When a visitor submits a quote request on a business's website, we store the details they enter (such as name, email, phone and their calculator answers) on behalf of that business and send them to it. The business is responsible for how it uses those details. We act as its service provider (data processor) and do not use lead data for our own marketing.
Advertising and cookies
Some public pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised ads are used. We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in to your account. Dashboard and embedded calculator pages do not show ads.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payments (Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and processes your payment details; we never see your full card number), advertising (Google AdSense) and AI processing of pricing descriptions you submit to the builder (Anthropic). They process data only to provide their services to us.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account is open. Deleting a calculator deletes its leads. To delete your account and data, email us from your account address and we will do so within 30 days, except where we must keep records such as invoices by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, the UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain processing. Email hello@calculatordash.com to make a request.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
