Terms of service
Last updated October 17, 2026
By using calculatordash.com or creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
CalculatorDash provides free online calculators and a paid tool for building calculators that businesses embed on their websites to collect quote requests.
Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the calculators you publish, including their prices, wording and compliance with laws that apply to your business, such as consumer protection and privacy laws.
Leads and your customers
You are responsible for how you use the contact details your calculators collect. You must have a lawful basis to contact the people who submit them and must honour their requests to stop.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive or misleading calculators or prices.
- No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to collect data you are not entitled to.
- No use of the service to send spam or to collect sensitive data such as payment card or government ID numbers.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. You can cancel any time; you keep paid features until the end of the current period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Free plan limits
Free accounts include a limited number of calculators and viewable leads, and display a “Powered by CalculatorDash” link. We may change free-plan limits with notice.
Estimates, not advice
Calculator results are estimates. They are provided “as is” without warranties, and are not financial, tax, legal or professional advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or leads.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell account holders by email before they take effect.
